Birthday

Today is my birthday. I feel overwhelmed by the sincerity and generosity of the people in my life. My dad woke me up at 12:06am to wish me a happy birthday. I don't really remember the conversation, just the gist. My friends at work came in on their day off to share chocolate cake (my absolute favorite) and ice cream. Their day OFF. Then I was sent to the main desk to sign for flowers from my mum and step dad. Gladiolas were involved (also my favorite). It isn't even noon, folks. I'm thinking about how to send this positive energy back into the universe because it feels to big too keep inside.
